About a month ago, I attended the So Natural x Seoul Unni Grand Launch in PH and I got some exciting products from the loot bag to try. One of the products inside the loot bag is the Powder4Room Woo Lip Oil Plumper in the shade Lovely Pink.
Let's do a quick first impression and review of the product.

Size: 4.5g / 0.16 oz
What it claims:
Lip Plumping Oil that instantly moisturizes wrinkled, thin lips and plumps it up.
Packaging:
The Woo Lip Oil Plumper comes in a small glass bottle that looks like a nail polish. At the bottom of the bottle, you can see a silver sticker with the shade on it printed in English and Korean.

My thoughts:
- I don't like the smell. It smells like plastic.
- It has a thick oil consistency.
- It doesn't really have pigment or shade because it only serves as a lip gloss.
- It does make the lips look plumper because of the oil illusion.
- Makes the lips sticky
- It has a minty flavor that makes the lips feel cold
If you like to have color in the lips and want it glossy, you can add lip tint or lipstick before putting on the Woo Lip Oil Plumper.
Because I'm not a fan of glossy lips, I will no longer use this product or I might send this as a gift to a friend who loves lip gloss.
