For someone who has oily skin, - just like me - blotting papers is our best friend. While we can always do quick retouch and powder touch ups, sometimes, we tend to oil faster than usual. I've been using a local brand of blotting paper (I haven't blogged it yet, sorry!) but it made me curious to try out this blotting paper from Too Cool for School.
Let me share some quick thoughts and impressions about the Too School for School Dinoplatz Brachiosaurus Mulberry Blotting Paper.
Price: 230php
Where to buy: Althea Korea
Available in the following variants: Mattifying Charcoal, Soothing Green Tea
What it does:
- Comfortably removes excess oil from your face throughout the day.
The Too Cool for School Blotting Paper comes in a plastic compact sturdy case with 50 sheets of blotting paper. It also has a built-in mirror inside.
The small puff comes with an adhesive at the back that can attach 1 sheet of the blotting paper, and a ribbon with a fancy print of Dinoplatz on top.
The blotting paper itself is made with 100% natural hanji (Korean Mulberry paper) that is soft and gentle on the skin.
The photo above shows how the blotting paper gets excess oil from the face. I have no issues using the blotting paper because it easily removes oil, however, the paper also easily tears up when there is too much oil. It is non sticky and helps control the oil after blotting as well.
I like that the sheets come in a handy case so that you can easily bring it in your vanity kit.
