Earlier this year, Althea launched their newest makeup line and every Althea Angel got way too excited to receive their kits. Who wouldn't love Korean makeups? As I have mentioned in my previous blog posts, I've been waiting for Althea to release their very own makeup line. It's like a dream come true!
However, although it's quite true, I was expecting more nude shades to be released for the lip makeup. Don't get me wrong, I loved their Watercolor Cream Tints and here's what I think about it.
Althea's Watercolor Cream Tint costs 260php each and comes in 4 pink-red shades.
Shades available: 01 Plum Cream, 02 Strawberry Cream, 03 Peach Cream, 04 Marron Cream
All four shades comes in pink, red, and orange shades to choose from.
The Althea Watercolor Cream Tint comes in a rectangular liquid lipstick plastic bottle and looks very classy because of its glass-like look. To be honest, it doesn't look cheap at all.
The tints has a small wand applicator that is not stiff and bends a little during application.

- 01 Plum Cream - the darkest red shade you can use to achieve red pouty lips.
- 02 Strawberry Cream - comes in orange-red tone
- 03 Peach Cream - comes in a coral shade
- 04 Marron Cream - a reddish-brown shade
The Althea Watercolor Cream Tint is creamy when applied. It doesn't go matte at all. You have to apply 1 layer only because it doesn't easily sit on your lips. If you're a fan of creamy lipsticks, it will be fine for you. But for a matte fan like me, ehat I do is wipe the cream using a tissue and viola! It already looks like a pigmented lip tint!
It stays for a long time even after eating. For me, I think it lasts for almost 4-5 hours without retouch. I actually hadf a hard time removing the swatches because it was too pigmented.
It has a powdery scent and has a creamy to watery consistency when applied onto the lips.
