Nyx Lingerie Ruffle Trim - Review

My love for matte and liquid lipsticks doesn't end with just one brand and shade. While there are lots of options to choose from, my current rave for Nyx Lingerie is lingering that I wanted to try out the different nude shades available.

Late last year, Nyx launched the Lip Lingerie line with about a dozen shades. However, all are not yet available locally here in the Philippines. With all the shades available, Nyx Lingerie's Ruffle Trim tickled my fancy and I'm reviewing it for you.

The wand applicator has a long brush that is good to swipe on your pout, makes it even easier to spread the liquid lipstick to your lips.

The Nyx Lingerie Ruffle Trim has a thick creamy matte texture that doesn't make the lips dry at all. Honestly, I prefer this over Colourpop because it just feel like bare lips. It doesn't make the lips very dry.

At one swipe, you can easily achieve the lip color you want because of its strong pigmentation. It's quite hard to remove as you can see on the right photo above. I smudged it using a wet tissue.

This is how it looks like on my lips. Ruffle Trim has a good nude shade. Not to light and not too brown. This is just perfect for no-make up looks or if you're too lazy to wear loud lipsticks.

It stays for about 5-6 hours and is not easily removed when eating. I'm planning to purchase Bedtime Flirt anytime soon (and how to spot the fake ones!)
