If you have read from my previous blogs, I used to try slimming products. Some worked and some did not. Honestly, this year, I gained weight. Hey, food is love! I've been trying to lose weight. I tried doing the military diet plans and thankfully, I lost my extra fats.
Getting fit is easy if you have determination, but for some, they look into faster remedies on how to burn fats. If you're like me who don't have much time to go to the gym because of busy schedule, you will actually consider trying out instant slimming products. But be careful on buying those products. They are not advisable especially if not FDA approved.
About a month ago, I received a package from Prima Sassy Belle for me to try. After a month of testing the products sent to me, I'm finally here to make a review. Here's my thoughts about Prima Sassy Belle's Fitrim Coffee:
Prima Sassy Belle's Fitrim Coffee has 12 ingredients that helps lose weight.
- Coffee. The caffeine in coffee acts as an appetite suppressant and metabolism booster.
- Non-Dairy Creamer. Usually offers non-fat and low-calories.
- Stevia. The glycosides in Stevia are not meta olized by the body, so it is a zero-calorie food.
- Probiotics. Study shows that Lactobacillus gasseri may help people with obesity lose weight and belly fat
- Garcinia Cambogia. A tropical fruit popular for weight loss.
- Rosehip melts belly fat naturally
- Green Tea. Contains bioactive substances like caffeine which can have powerful effects on metabolism
- L-Carnitine. It is known to reduce fatigue and serves as an appetite suppresant.
- Spirulina. It is not appetite suppresant but it contains high protein that can help you eat less.
- Lotus Leaf. Helps prevent carbs and fats from being absorbed.
- Reserveratrol. An antioxidant in red wine that may be the key to weight loss and anti aging
- Goji Berry. It contains chromium which helps control blood sugar, maintain lean muscle mass when we lose weight and helps the body burn fat faster.
The Prima Sassy Belle Fitrim Coffee comes in this white and pink box with 5 sachets of coffee. Each sachet weighs approximately 15g.
The powder looks like an ordinary 3-in-1 coffee. It actually tastes like Great Taste coffee! Creamy and milky! The only difference? Right after finishing the coffee, I felt really thirsty. That's when I know it's doing its job. Most of the slimming products I've tried gave the same side effect. It will give you a dry mouth that will make you want to drink more water. It is good because water flushes the dirt and reduces the fat in our body.
This coffee didn't give me headache or abdominal pain. The only side effect is having a dry mouth. I can still feel hungry, though. Unlike other slimming products where I don't feel hungry at all. However, I cannot see visible effects yet as it only has 5 sachets per pack. I wish there will be more sachets in one pack for me to know if it's effective or not.
1 pack costs Php 260.00, approximately Php52 per sachet.
I want to try it again and give it a chance to prove its slimming properties. I hope Prima Sassy Belle makes a pack with more sachets. Lol.
