Hey dearies! It has been a very busy week. I have been idle for a time for attending fee blogger events and managing other employement requirements. I have a lot of pending items to work on, and some are alreade on queue for posting.
It's weekend and finally, a free time, so for today, I will be sharing a simple DIY hack on creating a polka dot nail art.
What you need:
- Scissors
- 1 dark nail polish
- 1 light nail polish
- 1 clear nail polish
- 1 strip of band aid
Here's how to do your simple nail art:
STEP 1: Paint your nails using the darker shade of nail polish. For this one, I used lollipop shade from Chic's Summer Love Collection
STEP 2: Cut the band aid strip into half.
STEP 3: Place the band aid strip on your nail with the sticky part on top so that it will not ruin your polish. Make sure that the polish is already dry before you put the band aid. Then, using the lighter shade of polish, paint on top of the band aid. Let it sit for a minute then remove it after.
STEP 4: Do it with the rest of the nails until you have something like this. If you're not happy with how the dots look like, you can retouch it with a pin or a needle.
STEP 5: After drying, put a clear nail polish on top so that the polish will stay longer on your nails.
